Free Yoga Flow Under the Stars

Pop Up Prana Yoga, in collaboration with the Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, welcomes back our FIRST free evening yoga flow, “Yoga under the Stars,” on Friday September 30th, on behalf of the Arboretum.  As the sun begins to set, the soft glow of string lights strung through the beautiful maple trees offers a soothing, magical landscape to practice yoga flow.  Note all props and mats will be provided upon request. 

This is an open level, beginner friendly class which will be performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions.This is an open level yoga practice, if you are new to the practice, feel free to join us! If you're an advanced yogi and seek growth, no worries!
